What do I do if my order hasn't shipped?Updated a month ago

Orders ideally ship within 48 business hours of payment. Please note that orders placed after 2pm Central on Friday may not ship until the following business day. Tracking information will be sent via email and you may need to check your spam or junk folder.

If your order still hasn't shipped within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will look into the matter with our Fulfillment Team to identify and rectify any errors with your order. In the event of a delay, we make it our priority to ensure that your order ships promptly.
